Warranty Policy
Selected products are covered against manufacturing defects for 2 months from the date of purchase or delivery for online orders, where applicable.
Advance Purchases
For selected breast pumps purchased before your baby arrives, a warranty extension of up to 5 months may be allowed with supporting documents such as proof of purchase or delivery, Estimated Due Date (EDD) or gynae card, and baby’s birth certificate.
Warranty Coverage
Breast Pump Motor
Warranty covers:
• unable to power on/off
• no suction
• unable to switch modes
• battery issues
• physical defects such as dents, scratches, misfitting, or faulty buttons
Physical defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, liquid damage, accidental drops, mishandling, forceful use or removal, failure to follow operating instructions, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, use with non-authorized parts, or loss and theft.
Any product found to be tampered with may have its warranty rejected.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please email us at contactus.potg@gmail.com with your proof of purchase or order confirmation, product details or serial number (where applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
Warranty Validity
We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim if the purchase cannot be verified, the receipt or documents appear altered, the product details do not match the proof of purchase, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Warranty is not transferable.
Final Note
This warranty applies only to purchases made through our online shop and does not include purchases made from Shopee or Lazada.
We reserve the right to reject any warranty, repair, replacement, or return request that does not meet the above conditions.
