Order Processing
Please place your order only if you are certain and comfortable purchasing from us.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details. We will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information, and additional re-delivery charges may apply.

Shipping Rates
For orders below $50, the delivery fee is $1.99.
For orders of $50 and above, delivery is free.

Standard delivery takes up to 3 working days.
Same day delivery is available upon request, subject to availability and pricing. Kindly contact us to check availability and rates.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended, changed, or cancelled.

For orders that are still pending dispatch, cancellations are subject to approval. If approved, an admin fee of 3.5% + $0.50 may apply.
